Principles:    We provide a quiet, comfortable place to study, materials, computers and editorial help. Peer-learning is encouraged. Learners decide what, when, how and how much to learn. We are a democratic non-profit-making society. The annual membership fee is about US $3.00 and the fee for users is about US $0.20 per day.
